Hi, I’m Hannah. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I specialize in treating trauma in adults and teens.
As a trauma survivor and as a mother, I have experience navigating life’s challenges. My trauma history has taught me the importance of building resiliency and developing coping skills. Being a mother has taught me to trust myself and also learn how to ask for help when needed. I will help you do the same.
As your therapist, I will provide empathy and validation, and I will help you identify your strengths and build resiliency. I am committed to providing a safe space for you to process emotions and feel seen and heard.
Wondering what therapy looks like? There is no one right answer. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, and we will work together to find the best approach for you. I offer EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, sand tray techniques, art therapy techniques, and narrative therapy.
My goal is to help individuals process the past in a safe and effective way, allowing them to create a healthy and hopeful future.
